João is an investment professional with extensive experience across the real estate, media, and consulting sectors. With over 30 years of experience operating across Europe and strong relationships throughout the Iberian Peninsula, he has led and managed key strategic investment projects.

He works closely with investors to define strategies that optimize their portfolios through targeted acquisitions and timely divestments. João also serves on several advisory panels in Portugal.

At JPFC, João leads commercial strategy and operations. He and his team will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to real estate investment in Portugal.

Andrea Roussado holds a Master’s Degree in European Studies from the College of Europe and a Master’s in Project Management from George Washington University. She is an accomplished Program Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale IT implementations and services, primarily within the telecommunications sector.

Her background includes program leadership roles at Cisco and consulting experience at Deloitte, where she advised clients and led complex global IT and business transformation programs across public and private sectors. She is known for translating strategic business objectives into measurable outcomes, leading high-impact delivery programs, and fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Andrea has also managed outsourcing and managed service teams within complex, multi-vendor environments.

Andrea recently joined JPFC International Consultants as CFO, where she oversees financial strategy and leads the company’s technology and marketing functions.

From 2017 to 2023, I served as Principal Estate Agent at The Constans Group in San Diego, leading a boutique, relationship-driven real estate practice. Over that period, I generated more than $45 million in sales while mentoring a four-agent team and directing all operational functions, including sales strategy, client relations, marketing, and content development. I also established strategic partnerships with relocation agencies to support seamless client transitions into new homes.

Beyond my professional work, I enjoy football (with a particular love for West Ham United and Real Madrid), exploring fine wines, and spending time with my husband and our Lhasa Apso, Poppy.
